My Ipad 4 that is stuck with black screen and no touch response. Siri responds occasionally when I activate it. Ipad was originally frozen on a safari page but when I forced shut down and restarted its now non responsive due to a black non responsive touch screen. please help my ipad that doesn't work. I'm lost without it and can not afford another.
