iTunes syncing issues

I keep trying to sync a new Playlist to my iPhone and it only syncs 14 of the 28 songs in the list. All 28 songs in the list are songs I purchased from iTunes recently so it shouldn't be a file format problem. Troubleshooting tips?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
