Jul 28, 2015 6:19 PM in response to tjhreevesby Philly_Phan,The iTunes computer application is what triggers the iCloud backup. You must have synced to iTunes at least once. Open up iTunes and go to Preferences/Devices. Move the cursor so that it hovers over the name of your phone. Don't click. The IMEI will appear (along with some other things).

Jul 28, 2015 6:38 PM in response to Philly_Phanby tjhreeves,Thanks for your response. The only thing showing in iTunes is my old iPhone which was replaced by apple, and has a difference serial number to the one one showing in "my devices" on my apple account. Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Tim
