can someone please tell me what X Apple AMD Action means when I signing into my account it keeps coming up on screen

Try this. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart your iPad by holding down on the power button until the slider bar appears on the screen and slide to the right to power off. Then hold down on the power button until the Apple logo appears on the screen to start up. Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store and sign in again.
