Family Sharing

Hi. I am trying to set up Family Sharing on my iMac. After completing the billing information, iTunes screen comes up. It does not give me any option over there to finish the setup for Family Sharing. If I close iTunes and go back to iCloud, it still shows me to set up the Family Sharing and NOT "Manage Family Sharing". Please help. Thanks.
