Ios 8.4 iPhone wifi and bluetooth problems

Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 8.4, I have been having issues with my phone connecting to wifi and my bluetooth is also not working as well it was. At first I thought it was my bluetooth headphones and then I bought brand new top rated ones and am experiencing the same issue. Every time I place my phone on a hard surface, the music stops playing or breaking up, never had this issue before the update. So I think I either need a new phone or need to reboot it.

I have already tried the several ways of correcting wifi via systems and turning off wifi networking and resetting network settings and it hasn't done anything. I am using up all my data because I am unable to connect to wifi. Really frustrating!
