Missing contact again new ios 8.4

it is happen again for second time, last time using previous ios (contact : sync hotmail) all my contact starting to deleted automatically then appear again itself also cannot save new mobile number into contact. then it solved somehow back to normal (several days later).

currently my iphone 5 installed ios 8.4, today my contact just disappearing again..is it related sync hotmail contact, because my wife's iphone didnt have same issue (gmail sync)..

apple please fix it
