I understand you purchased an iPod nano a couple of days ago, and songs that you synced from your iTunes library in MP3 format and AAC format are not playing, is that right? Both of these file formats should play on this device.

Bonnie, have you tried to play anything else on your iPod nano, like the Internet Radio, to determine if the issue is with the content or the hardware (iPod nano or Apple EarPods). Here are a few more things you can try:

- Verify that the headset is plugged in to the iPod .
- Check the volume setting.
- Try adjusting the volume by pressing the volume buttons.
- Try another song or audio file.
