3 Finger Drag on MBP 2015

I have been using a Magic Trackpad for about a year now with my Mac Mini, and had it set up so that I could drag items using 3 fingers. Once I got used to this it was great because I never had to apply anything more than a light touch to the trackpad.

Now I have a 2015 MacBook Pro and I don't see the same option for the built in trackpad. I just paired the Magic Trackpad to the MBP and see that I did not magically acquire the option for 3-finger drag for it either.

Am I missing something, and can I activate 3-finger dragging (at the very least for the Magic Trackpad)?
