On my Mac book pro 2012 all of sudden email , safari & other software software stopped working . Message coming content damaged. I made new user I can use safari but all mails disappeared. Using Apple mail. Now even I installed OS 2-3 times still system slow & keep crashing
The disk may need repairing.
Launch Disk Utility located in HD > Applications > Utillities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click: Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
If Disk Utility reports errors, restart your Mac while holding down the Command + R keys.
From there you should be able to access the built in utilities in OS X Recovery to repair the startup disk and restore OS X.
