why album artwork is not downloading?

I downloaded the new update of iTunes(12.2.1) for Windows 7, and now when I try to get album artwork it doesn't work. Anybody else having this problem? Is it a bug?. Also it seems that the song titles disappear momentarily when I also try to get the artwork. I click on another artist and then go back & it's fine. I don't know what to do. Help please.
