How to view iPhone screen on a Mac using Lightning Cable?

Hi All,

I want to display my iPhone screen on my laptop so that I could use it for Demos etc, I don't have trustworthy network connection so I need to do it via a lightning cable. Is it possible, and how many devices can I connect at the same time if I do so. Do I need a additional software also.
