Rented a movie and went to play it, my phone froze, and now after restarting my phone the movie is grayed out

please help me watch my movie it said I had 24 hour once I started it, to finish it however it isn't allowing me to select the play button anymore now that my phone froze right before it started to play and I restarted my phone and can't get the movie to start again help!!
