Visualizer not working on Windows Itunes for Apple Music

To enable Visualizer for Apple Music streaming, just start playing any Apple Music Song/Album/Playlist and then switch to 'My Music' tab and enable the Visualizer from there. It won't be greyed out anymore.

I can confirm that it is greyed-out here as well, on Windows 10 with iTunes 64-bit 12.2.1.16.

A repair of iTunes did not correct it, and running diagnostics had no effect.
