to allow access respond from your phone But i cannot, the screen is broken. Totally chipped.

When you last charged you iphone before it was broken it shold have
Backed up to iCloud over your WiFi
When you get a replacement iphone/ repair just use same Apple ID
To get your Apps /data back.
