Just connect the projectors with the suitable adopters.

Mac Pro (Late 2013): Using multiple displays - Apple Support

That Mac can support two "legacy" monitors (one with DVI or HDMI) input without problems. For more than two legacy monitors you need active adopters.

f the resolution is greater than1920x1200 you need a dual-link adopter with requires USB power.

A mini displayport>VGA adopter is always an active type.

mini displayport>DVI and mini displayport>HDMI adopter can be either with active ones costing more

Macs have supported a multi-display feature called Extended desktop since system 4.5 with MultiFinder (circa 1987) each display is appended to an edge you specify and makes up one big Extended desktop. This graphic may help explain what it does:

windows can be placed on one display, dragged to another display, or split across display boundaries with impunity. It is supported by every well behaved Application, except those that deliberately choose to defeat it (iMovie was on that list, not sure if it still is).

The Hardware you have will support up to six displays, provided no more than two are "legacy" displays. "Legacy" display is anything other than DisplayPort or Mini DisplayPort. To support more than the first two "legacy" displays, you need to use ACTIVE adapters, available for under US$40.

The built-in HDMI port counts as a "legacy" display.

The second could be supported with "any old HDMI adapter" from a Mini DisplayPort (plugs into ThunderBolt port, and picks up a subset of ThunderBolt equivalent to Mini DisplayPort).

The third, and fourth, and further would need ACTIVE adapters to HDMI. lllaass suggested one made by StarTech above.
