I moved into my apartment a month ago and have internet service through Time Warner. The wifi works on all devices except for my iPhone 4S. The wifi doesn't even show up. I've never had a problem connecting to other wifi networks. Is this a problem with my phone or is it a problem with the Time Warner router? I've already reset my phone and nothing worked.

Is your new wifi network a 5GHz network? iPhone 4S does not have a 5GHz radio. You need a 2.4GHz channel for 4s.

Turn you Router off for 30Seconds
After that go to setting on iphone Reset network settings after reset enter your router wireless key .
Will iphone connect to WiFi in other places
Shops/ Cafe?
If it will its a Router problem at home
If it won't its a problem with iphone
Make an Appointment at Apple store .
