No recording on new iMac

I was very annoyed when I discovered that you have to purchase an adaptor or sound card to record onto your iMac. Another 45 euro. This was on top of having to purchase an external DVD player because they removed that feature from the new iMac also. Yet another peripheral. So you now have a lovely slimline computer, but have a DVD player and Sound Card hanging out of it as peripherals. Nice one eh? So that's progress, don't think so.

If you would have read the specs before purchasing you would have known these facts.

I felt the same way when I got my new car and THEN found out that I had to pay for gas too???? What a rip off.

Seriously though.....people felt the same way when Apple stopped putting 3.5" floppy drives in computers and in hindsight how do you feel about that now?
