İpod Nano Swipe Tuner Problem

Hi,

İ have 7th generation ipod nano and in Ankara/Turkey when i open radio app and swipe tuner to the 100.0 or 93.8 Mhz frequency, for 100.0 Mhz freq. jump 99.9 to the 100.1, for 93.8 Mhz freq. jump 93.7 to the 93.9. i can't tune 100.0 and 93.8 radio freq. i think it is software bug. help me please ?
