Q: sites blocked

Recently got new iMac which was working fine. Yesterday switched on and no longer can access Youtube "Safari can't open the Page. Safari can't open the page because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. If I try to go to Youtube using an app, I am told I need to get the administration to sign in. After I do this, I am told I can now log on and then the same thing happens and I am denied entry until the administrator (i.e. ME) signs is again. This has only started happening in the last couple of days. Anyone experienced this previously and have any idea how to resolve the issue?

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Please post a screenshot that shows what you mean. Be careful not to include any private information.

Thanks for reply. I am new to Apple as I only moved over from PC a couple of weeks ago. How do I take a screenshot?
