iPhone 4s no sound
iPhone 4s has lost all sound. phone is 2 months old. checked all settings on phone. i see other people have similar problems. how do I restore sound? Is it due to new update 8.4?

Did you buy the phone new, from an authorized Apple reseller, or from some other service?try holding down the sleep/wake and home button until the Apple logo appears. You could also go to settings >General> reset> reset all settings. If that doesn't help make a backup, and then restore to factory settings.
