can't access iTunes store from my Mac

I have OS X 10.10.4 and iTunes version 12.2.1.16

I get a screen with "iTunes Store" in the centre when I click the iTunes Store tab at the top of the screen - that's it.

and I am signed in to my account.

Help, please
