To cancel AppleMusic to change AppStore region. How?

I want to change Country/Region of my Apple ID, to get access to UK AppStore. When i going to necessary settings (on screenshot) i get that notification (on screenshot).

I've tried to log out the Apple Music, Apple ID, cancel automatical subscription after 3 months trial period.

How to change the AppStore region?
