Can you please explain "lost chance"? What happens when you try to re-download? If it is a matter of the item being listed as being on your computer, delete all reference to it in iTunes so it appears only as a purchased item rather than a link to an item on the computer.
Also note for a few items in the video line you only get one download per fee paid. This is why is is essential you maintain a backup at home of everything you buy. Apple recommends, "... back up your iTunes library. " (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519). http://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html - "Some iTunes Products, including but not limited to Content rentals, may be downloaded only once and cannot be replaced if lost for any reason. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage iTunes Products once downloaded, and you may wish to back them up."
This forum is primarily a consumer to consumer (people like you answering people like you) help interface and you won't see many responses from Apple (who mostly post links to online documentation and can't reset things in your iTunes Store account).
