How to care for battery in 2015 macbook pro?

My old mbp, early 2008, indicated letting the battery drain once in a while, leaving it off for five hours or so before plugging it back in. This was like resetting/recalibrating it or something. Do I have to do that with this new mbp?

No, from 2009 models onwards the batteries do not need calibration.
