apple id disabled

Hello, i have a problem with my apple id, when i try do download or update an app it says "you apple id has been disabled". It happens to me second time in last half a year. WHY???

We are fellow users, we won't know why it's disabled, but the usual reason is probably too many incorrect password attempts.


See if resetting the password might fix it : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


You might then need to log out of your account on phone device by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.


If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
