Ominous repair permissions message

When I last repaired permissions on my late 2012 Mac Mini I got this message, "Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired." Is this normal or have I been hacked?
