Turn on laptop error

Dear All,

I would be really appreciative if you could help. When I try to sign in my user name below error pops up. Then, it asks me to restart and press any key for few seconds. I did that. The same error comes up again.

There is no problem with siginig in on guest user. but there are no files there.

How can I fix this?
