Apple tv - netflix login problem

Hello, I tried to login to netflix but made a typo (wrong email address, instead of .de (Germany) I wrote .ds by mistake.

So this email doesnt exist of course- but now I CANNOT change the email address anymore! Why??

Please help!!! how can I correct the email adress so that I can Login ito netflix?
