My MacBook Pro has a caps problem in lock screen

Hi, my Macbook is new, i bought it in June, and one day when i was turning it on, on the lock screen, it didn't acknowledge i had the caps for my password. My keyboard did in fact had the little light on, and it works fine when im using it after the lock screen, but not there, sometimes i have to press the caps buttons 3 or 4 times to have it recognized by the password bar (sometimes even the password bard detects i have caps on, but the keyboard doesn't). Whats wrong with my mac? Its brand new and i have the last Yosemite so im appalled to have this problem.

My device is a Macbook pro Early 2015.
