How do I delete photos from my iPhone but not from the iCloud?
Every time I try to delete photos from my phone (5c) it says it will be deleted from all iCloud devices, how do I just delete from my phone and keep it in the iCloud?

TThe reason this is happening is because you are using iCloud Photo Library, they are all directly synced. The only way around this is either shutting off this feature or using the hide option. If you are trying to delete because of space, then just go into the iCloud settings and change iCloud Photo Library to "Optimize iPhone Storage". With this turned on, your photos will store as thumbnails and will take up barely any space. An example, with mine, I have 6200 photos and 112 videos and the space being taken up on my phone is only about 1.2 GB
