My saved passwords are gone.

My saved usernames and passwords for my bank, my children's parent pages on school websites and other websites I have done business with are gone. For example: this morning I went to my bank website, and typically the computer automatically adds the username and password. This morning it did not. How do I retrieve them? I have a MacBook Pro running on OS X Yosemite 10.10.2 computer from 2010 15". Thank you.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

On your hard drive, go to Applications - Utilities - Keychain Access

open Keychain Access

This is where any passwords you've previously saved on websites will be stored. If you see them there you can copy + paste from there, I think you might be able to change permissions there also. I don't know much more than that but I hope this helps you in some way.
