Macbook Pro Retina late 2013 staingate problem!

I bought a Macbook Pro Retina late 2013 last year, and today I noticed that there are some stains above the iSight camera. I thought it was just dirty spots so I tried to rub it off, but it won't come off. So I researched online and found out it was a "staingate" problem. I think I might have scratched the anti-reflective coating because whenever I lift up the display or push it down my fingernails go to that spot above the iSight camera. My Macbook is no longer under warranty now, but can I get it repaired? How much would it cost? Would the bald spot just get bigger and bigger?
