my phone is locked!

my phone is in voice over mode & cannot do anything! Won't let me answer or make calls! I tried like one of the peeps said with double tapping the code numbers and wait till she repeats them but nope she won't let me in ! Please I need some help, what do I do now, my phone is only a week & 4 days old?! Help please! Thanks!

iPhone 6, 128 g, just had it a week & 4 days

iPhone: Configuring accessibility features (including VoiceOver and Zoom)

Press the HOME button 3 times quickly. Or if you have Siri enabled on the lock screen, hold the HOME button and say "turn off voiceover." Or connect the phone to iTunes on your computer, tap on its icon in iTunes, then scroll down and click "Configure Accessibility".
