computer crashed and am left with message iphone synced to other library

hi, my computer crashed and since restoring I get the message my phone (4S) is synced to another library (obviously my pre crash library) is there anything I can do to make iTunes realise this is still my library or at least save all the stuff on my phone, as the new library has nothing on it. It lists the name of the old library and I have named this restore the same so am confused.... very confused
