Low volume on iPad mini 3
Has anyone had issues with low volume on iPad mini 3?

Compared to what? I had an iPad mini 1 and later on purchased an iPad mini 2 (same as the mini 3 except for Touch ID). All aspects of the mini 2's volume compared to the mini 1's volume (or even compared to my iPad 3 or iPad 4) were lower, I'd say ~30% or so. In other words, if the mini 1 was set to 60%, the mini 2 would need to be set to 90% volume to equal it. I believe it's just the nature of the design.
