Got many apps missing from mac like pages, keynote, photos etc. after updation to yosemite 10.10

recently i got ma macbook pro (retina 13 inch) updated from the authorised service center and today when i searched for pages in the spotlight it wasn't present on my mac, and even not in the launchpad and then i noticed some other apps were also missing from ma mac which includes keynote, photos, garageband etc... i have an option to download these apps from app store but it will consume so much time as the total size of apps reached 6GB around... and i want to know why these apps got missing from ma mac after updation.
