is it possible to find an IPad mini 3 if it doesn't have battery and it isn't signed in to icloud?

kinda lost my IPad 3 mini, 2 weeks ago and it's probably dead right now + im pretty sure it isn't connected to icloud and if it is find my iphone isn't also probably 85% of chance maybe turned on. did a facory reset a month ago and forgot to turn it on find my iphone that is... oops......
