Ipad won't restore

My iPad got stuck on the Apple logo, it didn't go even after reset, I tried to restore the iPad but when the waiting for the ipad bit comes the ipad reboots into revovery mode. plz help

Boot it into recovery mode and restore it in iTunes

Basically, When iTunes says waiting for iPad, my iPad goes to the loading bar but reboots and the screen flashes blue, it keeps rebooting, so the restoring process stops. similar results in dfu mode
