When I open a window in the finder there are question marks across the top of the window. When I click on a question mark, it says that the item can not be found. Is this why my finder keeps stalling?
What iMac version? What mac OSCX version?
iMac 21.5 - Mid 2011
OS X 10.8.5
I followed instructions from someone else's problem, the same as mine.
Deleted some files from the Library and restarted. Fixed the question marks and seems that the finder has not stalled for the last 2 hours.
Not sure why that happened but I suspect a network glitch caused some corruption.
My finder keeps quitting.
