phishing text?

I received a text on my android phone from an email account (applestoreaccounts.us@keithurban.us) that I suspect is a phishing expedition. The message is as follows:

-Account is_Blocked!!. Click_ here to respond_!. goushengge.com/sd/info.applestoreaccounts.html

I clicked on the link and was sent to a web page (http://farmasitron/qwe/appph) which stated the following :

Apple store

Your Apple ID was just used to a computer or device that had not previously been associated with that Apple ID.

For your security we have temporarily prevented access to your account.

Apple safeguards your account when there is a possibility that someone other than you is attempting to sign on.

For reactivate access your account please Click here and reconfirm some information !

Another click sent me to another website (http://farmasitron.es/qwe/appph/meuu.html) for the information:

Apple Account Password:

Login

My mother uses the same cell service (Verizon) and recieved the exact same text.

I accessed the App store on my ipad without trouble. My mother does not have an Apple account.
