i can not download any apps

i reset my phone the other day and i downloaded some of my apps. It asked me if i wanted to remember my apple id password for future purchases s. after that it wouldnt allow me to download anything. i went on to apps and itunes store on settings and logged in because it logged me out for some reason and now i cant download apps or update any so. it keeps saying "waiting..." on all the apps im trying to update its so annoying.
