Use external keyboard to select options on iPhone

Okay I have managed to unlock my iphone 6 with broken screen, with loss of touch functionality, effectively. Sadly when I want to back it in icloud the phone offers two option of accepting and declining terms and conditions. Is there any way. Using the external keyboard I have connected to my phone of selecting these options either with the help of Siri or keyboard commands. I am one step away from rescuing important data.

As to whether I should have backed it up beforehand. I believed that iCloud was doing that only to discover after my phone was broken that was not taking place.
