Apparently by using the Total Downloader app, you have violated the Terms of Service on YouTube.
What you can do is contact the developer of that app > Total Downloader: browser with file manager and cloud storage support on the App Store on iTunes
Contact the App developer and ask them, or Youtube itself. This has nothing at all to do with Apple, the iPhone, the App Store, and much less Remote Desktop(the forum you posted in).
Also demanding an immediate reply from a user to user forum is rude. We volunteer our time here, you may not always get a response immediately after posting.
Why ?
To remain within compliance of the YouTube Terms of Service, perhaps?
" You shall not download any Content unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by YouTube on the Service for that Content. You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any other purposes without the prior written consent of YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content. "

I have an iPhone app (Total Downloader) that I used to download YouTube videos with. Now, I get a pop-up box stating the following. "Downloading videos from YouTube has been disabled to maintain compliance with YouTube Terms of service." Why ?
