my iphone 4s has died, it wont charge back up and I cant turn it back on, please help!

Not much we can do to help you. Have you tried a reset/reboot by holding the power button and home button until you see the apple logo then let go? Have you tried another charging cable setup? If nothing seems to work, make an appointment at an Apple Store to have it checked.
