i need help to reset my pin

i accidently made a mistake and got drunk when i bought my iphone and i created a passcode for it and i cant remember how to reset it

That will require restoring your iPhone > Forgot passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

like my phone is completly disabled and wont let me do anything on itunes or on the phone its self
