MacBookPro 15" late 2013 OS 10.10.4 overheating, any suggestions?

MacBook Pro Retina 15" late 2013 - 2,3GHz, 16 GB Ram, 500GB SSD, OS 10,10,4

I have a problem with my Mac as it started overheating a few months ago. It has been tested by Apple and everything seems to be in order, but

I cannot use in this condition as it becomes hot soon after switching it on. Have tried reinstalling the OS without any result.

Can someone help me please? Thank you

Install a temperature / fan speed monitoring application.

Open Activity Monitor to ALL PROCESSES and set CPU to display values from high to low.

When the MBP gets hot, post images of both for evaluation.
