My iPad2 won't open. It just flashes the Apple logo, 10 seconds on then 6 seconds off. Any suggestions what to do next to open it?

Have you tried a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons and let it restart.

YEP….I have the same issue! But when turning iPad on, using on/off button….nothing happens however when connected to the charger….

only the FLASHING APPLE logo comes up!

I've tried:

-Reset

-Restart

-Reboot

-Attempted to use iTunes to check the charge but the iPad is not detected in iTunes!

If you have solved your issue maybe it will work for me as well but ANY suggestions, ideas, options or tricks and tips would be highly appreciated!
