create order form that autofills a numbers spreadsheet

OS. Yosemite 10.10.2
So at work I have to use Google Sheets and Forms. I like the way I can create a separate form that auto fills within a different spread sheet.
My question is can Numbers do this? Is there a way to create a form that has a list of options, like an expense report and when filled out is goes directly to a numbers file for tracking?
