Logic pro x bug or virus can't fix please help

I'm running Logic Pro X 10.0.7.

On an IMac OSX 10.8.5

3.06GHz intel core 2 duo

Memory: 8GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Program always worked fine then one day opened up a session and looks like there's a bug in the program. Check out the image attached.

I deleted Logic and reinstalled and still the same problem. I also reset user preferences.

Now it can't even locate simple plugins or anything as you can see in the image.

Only thing I can think of that I changed was a software update from OSX 10.8.4 (or 10.8.3) to 10.8.5.

That got back all of my plugins and instrument inputs etc.

Still seriously weird stuff going on with the main window.

None of the waveforms or midi tracks are displaying properly and if you click on them just parts of them become highlighted.

It's super weird. Look at the pictures below which shows what happens as I click on certain tracks etc.
